Colin Landeg originally formed the Club in 2006 and the boys competed in the Slough Mini Soccer Friendly League at Under 10 in their inaugural season.
Having won both the A and B Divisions in their first season the decision was made to restructure the Club to cope with the move from mini soccer to 11 a side football. A committee was formed with Andrew Short taking the helm as Chairman and Dawn Ford as Secretary. The committee, made up of several dedicated parents, has gone from strength to strength and was responsible for organising the Royals first Tournament in the summer of 2008 that was a resounding success. The Royals have just returned from a successful Tour of Holland that saw them win both matches, scoring 18 goals and conceding none. This followed another hugely successful season at U12 that saw the boys lift the coveted Berks & Bucks Cup at the first time of asking. The boys also collected their third consecutive League Championship in a season that saw them win all 16 league fixtures. They also lifted the League Cup having conceded only one goal in the process.
Mark Horgan has recently been appointed President of the Club and the Club attained Charter status in 2008.
